What You’ll Do

No two days are exactly the same.

You’ll welcome clients, coordinate appointments, perform occupational testing, and help ensure every participant receives professional, friendly, and efficient service.

Client Experience

  • Welcome clients and create a positive first impression
  • Guide participants through the check-in and registration process
  • Verify identification and complete required documentation
  • Explain testing procedures clearly and professionally
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries
  • Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction

Drug & Alcohol Collections

You’ll receive comprehensive training to perform occupational testing services including:

  • Breath alcohol testing
  • Urine drug and alcohol collections
  • Oral fluid drug testing
  • Hair drug testing
  • Vision screening
  • Pre-employment health screening services

You’ll follow strict chain-of-custody procedures while ensuring every test is completed accurately, professionally, and confidentially.

Administration

  • Create and maintain participant files and electronic records
  • Process documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor specimen pickups and coordinate courier shipments
  • Assist with inventory counts and supply management
  • Support clinic operations and administrative tasks
  • Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Work Schedule

This is a permanent, full-time position.

Typical shifts are scheduled between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
