What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and create a professional first impression
• Guide clients through intake and documentation
• Perform occupational testing (breath, urine, oral fluid, hair)
• Ensure chain-of-custody and accuracy standards
• Support health screening services
• Handle sensitive situations professionally
• Maintain confidentiality
• Assist with admin tasks
