Job Purpose:

The Coordinator, National Partnerships, is responsible for building & maintaining SureHire’s national testing network by finding quality partner clinics to provision our services. Using a collaborative approach, the Coordinator, National Partnerships, will also establish & maintain strong relationships with our clinic partners by offering outstanding customer service. They will also be responsible for creating, monitoring, and maintaining SureHire’s Canadian National Network clinic information in SureLink and Google Drive. This includes general clinic & tester managment from an operational collection site standpoint, including but not limited to, updating and storing all contract and fee documents, primary contact information, and clinic staff certifications, etc.  Additionally, taking on tasks or projects assigned by the Manager, Canadian National Network, which may include statistics, document creation, corporate communications, auditing and tracking/reporting, etc.

 

Working Conditions

Hours:

Monday – Friday, (8) hours between 7:30 am-6:00 pm  local time

Travel:

Occasional travel may be required for meetings or training support

Hazards:

Road conditions, working alone, upset clinics/participants/clients

Physician Environment:

Office environment 

Dress Code:

Business casual attire is required when working at the SureHire Corporate Office or traveling to meet clinics/vendors/clients.




Job Summary & Duties

Clinic Recruitment

  • Collaborate with the Manager, Canadian National Network and the Sales & Marketing departments to determine recruitment priority locations in Canada; 

  • Add recruitment locations to the tracking sheet & HubSpot

  • Identify potential clinics and initiate contact, outlining mutual benefits to the partnership;

  • Provide details about SureHire’s services and expectations to any interested clinic, and determine if the clinic will meet SureHire’s needs;

  • Store all completed contractual documents in an organized manner to ensure ease of access;

  • Manage and monitor iNTELLECT enrolments for new clinics/existing clinics to ensure training requirements are met and all necessary sets have been completed to best prepare clinic launch;

  • Adding & updating all National Network collection site profiles;

  • Manage facility referral program.

Clinic Relations

  • Establish & maintain measurables for clinic satisfaction through bi-annual surveys, present statistics and feedback to the Manager, Canadian National Network bi-annually;

  • Monitor top 100 clinics; Complete quarterly check-ins to establish open and consistent communication;

  • Encourage transparent and candid feedback with clinics, serving as a listening ear for challenges relating to their SureHire partnership; present common themes to Manager, Canadian National Network bi-annually;

  • Provide support to clinics via Testing Support chat, NN chat & email and by phone relating to the following;

    • Occupational Testing

    • Non-negative/positive instructions

    • Supply issues/questions

    • Clinic information updates

    • Document concerns/complaints and forward to the appropriate team member

  • Help to trouble-shoot equipment issues and coordinate with Supply Chain if replacement or repair is required;

  • Oversee tracking of NN clinic equipment calibrations (Breathalyzer, Spirometer, Audiometer), sending out notifications and following up with clinic/Supply Chain del
