Oversee Critical Strength & Mobility assessments to ensure clients are using correct lifting techniques and that their heart rate and oxygen levels stay safe.
-
Collect breath, urine, oral fluid, and hair samples, strictly following standard chain of custody rules.
-
Run specimen validity and point-of-care tests, making sure you accurately interpret the results and follow all log protocols.
-
Perform various occupational health tests, including hearing (audiometric), lung function (pulmonary), vision screens, respirator fit, and pre-medical tests, always aiming for high-quality results.
-
Handle sensitive client information (like personal details and test results) with strict privacy and confidentiality.
-
Manage client conflicts calmly and professionally to find effective solutions.
-
Help out with general office tasks like inventory counts, managing records, providing client support, and other duties as needed.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
-
You need a solid understanding of anatomy, muscle and joint issues (musculoskeletal disorders), and general medical conditions to accurately assess and record a client's medical background.
-
You should be great at assessing range of motion, strength, and using specific orthopaedic tests to give a complete picture of a client’s current fitness.
-
Knowledge of proper body mechanics (biomechanics) and lifting techniques is key.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear interaction and superior customer service.
-
Skilled in managing conflicts and de-escalation, keeping a cool head to maintain a positive environment.
