Strategic Client Advisor
Job Purpose: To set up and maintain client accounts and business development.
Job Summary & Duties:
• Act as the main point of contact for current and potential strategic clients;
• Action New Leads
o Arrange meetings to educate on services of interest and develop rapport with clients;
o Regular follow up calls, emails and meetings with current and potential clients;
o Identify additional needs of client/lead to increase revenue per appointment;
o Update Customer Relation Management (CRM) system consistently to document
conversations and needs reviewed with clients.
• Conflict resolution – dealing with complaints and providing solutions;
• Submitting detailed proposals, Request for Proposals (RFP), contracts and quotations for current clients and potential leads;
• Remain up to date and fluent on current and new services offered as well as all policies and
procedures relevant to them;
• Ability to educate clients and provide supporting documents on services of interest;
• Develop and provide quotes and paperwork for new client activation;
• Additional duties and tasks as assigned
• In person, web-based client on-boarding and training;
• Coordinate and/or lead current client tour and trial of services needed at SureHire clinics; • Educate on SureHire testing protocols, bookings/result turnaround times, national exclusive testing network, etc.;
• Communicate client needs and preferences to SureHire staff accordingly.
• Business development, asking for referrals, generating new leads through various means such as networking events, LinkedIn etc.
• Assist in the Client Advisor inbox to answer client questions, make requested account updates etc.
